机台简介：

本机采用超音波技术自动化作业。主要是为制作内耳带平面口罩的***一道道工序，本机利用超音波将松紧带熔合于口罩本体两外侧，并用无纺布条将耳带包裹在内。进而完成耳带式口罩成品，被广泛应用于PP、无纺布、熔喷布等材料，职业防护、普通防护、劳保用品、医院、研究院及无尘工业等场合。根据所使用的原材料不同，可以达到如N95、P2、P3等不同的标准。

It adopts ultrasonic technique and full automation, it is for the last step of making a blank mask. By using ultrasonic technique, it welds elastic on the outer sides of mask. And pack the elastic ear-loop into the mask with non-woven strip. Then, a mask is finished.widely used in materials like PP, non-woven, melt-blown, filter paper, activated carbon etc. Andoccasions like work protection, normal protection, labor protection, hospital, research center and clean industry. According to different raw materials, it can reach N95, P2, P3 standard.
